Sale of Jawaker to Stillfront Group
twofour54, an early 2011 investor in MENA mobile card-game platform Jawaker, agreed to sell its stake as part of Stillfront Group's 100% acquisition of Jawaker for AED 753 million (~AED 750 million), described as the largest deal in the Arab world's gaming sector at the time. Payment was 74% cash and 26% in newly issued Stillfront shares (8,540,092 shares). Then-CEO Michael Garin and AD Gaming's James Hartt were quoted.
