Spinneys-Ayala Corporation joint venture for Philippines
Spinneys and Filipino conglomerate Ayala Corporation formed a strategic joint venture to open Spinneys supermarkets in Metro Manila, Spinneys' first entry into Southeast Asia. Ayala holds a 60% stake and Spinneys 40%; first stores planned for Q4 2026 at Ayala Malls U.P. Town Centre (Quezon City) and San Antonio Plaza Arcade (Makati), with a goal of 12 stores in Metro Manila within four years.
