The Abu Dhabi Commercial Court - Bankruptcy Department (Case No. 09/2024) approved formal restructuring procedures for Neopharma LLC (Industrial License No. IN-1000667) and its branches Neopharma Abu Dhabi LLC and Neopharma Dubai LLC, appointing Salem Mohamed Belama Al-Tamimi as bankruptcy trustee to oversee the reorganization.
