GAC to acquire Quadrant Pacific's ship agency business
GAC Group (via GAC New Zealand) agreed to acquire the ship agency business of Quadrant Pacific — its long-standing network partner in New Zealand, previously part of Swire Shipping — with offices in Auckland, Tauranga, Napier and Marsden Point, integrating agency staff into GAC New Zealand. Sale of GAC Laser International
GAC sold its South Africa-based joint venture logistics company, GAC Laser International, to German logistics firm Fr. Meyer's Sohn. GAC stated the transaction does not affect GAC Shipping South Africa's separate, ongoing shipping operations in the country.

GAC signs deal to support Northern Lights Joint Venture
GAC signed an agreement to provide ship agency, customs clearance and data integration services for the Northern Lights carbon capture and storage joint venture (owned by Equinor, TotalEnergies and Shell), supporting liquefied CO2 tanker calls (managed by K Line LNG) across Norway, Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands, building on GAC's involvement with the project since 2019.

GAC renewed its partnership with The Ocean Race for a fourth consecutive edition, becoming logistics partner for The Ocean Race Europe 2025, The Ocean Race Atlantic 2026 and the round-the-world race starting in Alicante in 2027, providing freight, feasibility planning and carbon reporting for event infrastructure.
