CoinDCX acquires 100% of BitOasis
India's CoinDCX completed acquisition of full ownership of Dubai-based BitOasis, its first major international/MENA expansion, after having taken a strategic stake in August 2023. Deal value undisclosed. BitOasis continues to operate under its own brand with existing leadership retained.

BitOasis granted full VASP license by Dubai's VARA
BitOasis received a full Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license from Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, completing a licensing journey that began with a provisional operating permit when VARA launched in 2022. The license lets BitOasis serve retail, institutional and qualified investors and pursue further product approvals.
