OSN Group completed its acquisition of a 55.45% majority stake in Anghami at a valuation of $3.69/share, backed by a $38 million cash investment, forming a combined music-and-video entertainment platform (120M+ registered users, ~2.5M paid subscribers, ~$100M revenue at closing).
