Emaar Misr and Emaar Hospitality Group inaugurated Address Beach Resort Marassi on Egypt's North Coast (Sidi Abdelrahman), a $161.8 million / EGP 5 billion investment comprising 118 rooms and suites, 169 serviced apartments and 69 cabanas - Egypt's second Address-branded hotel.
